The challenge
The Mambo was already the machine professional cleaners reached for first. It didn't need saving. It needed evolving. The challenge wasn't designing something new. It was knowing exactly what to protect and what was quietly holding the product back.


The approach
We'd established the design language in 2019: clean, professional, intuitive. A machine built to disappear into the rhythm of daily work. For the 2.0, we stripped back everything that had aged and strengthened everything that hadn't. Improved durability where hands grip hardest. Refined the user experience where decisions happen fastest. Validated every change in VR before committing a single franc to tooling.
The design DNA stayed intact. The product moved forward.


The result
The 2.0 outsells the original. The benchmark in professional cleaning now belongs to Wetrok again.
